Hydromulch contractor in Sunshine Coast, QLD

The Sunshine Coast is one of our closest service areas — an easy run north up the Bruce Highway from our South East Queensland base. We spray subdivision earthworks, road widening batters, acreage lawns and revegetation areas from Caloundra through to Noosa and out to the hinterland towns.

Most Sunshine Coast work is either fast cover crop to satisfy a development condition, or a native mix for long-term revegetation next to bushland and waterways.

Local conditions we plan for in Sunshine Coast

Sandy loams over coffee rock

Coastal Sunshine Coast profiles are often sandy loam with a hard layer beneath. Water moves through quickly, so we build in moisture-holding fibre and stage fertiliser to avoid leaching.

Waterway and bushland buffers

Plenty of local sites sit alongside creeks or remnant vegetation with council conditions on species selection. We use locally appropriate native seed blends in those buffers instead of exotic pasture grasses.

Hinterland slopes and red soils

Around Maleny and Montville the red basalt soils hold moisture well but slope hard. Cover establishes quickly there if the seed is protected from the first heavy rain.

Typical Sunshine Coast projects

  • Subdivision and estate stage cover crops
  • Creek and bushland buffer revegetation
  • Acreage and rural lawn establishment
  • Road widening and drainage batters

Every one of these can be sprayed as standard hydromulch, lighter spray grass or bonded fibre matrix — see our full service list .
